INGREDIENTS
1 bunch of fennel
1 large onion
20 ml. Ouzo
150 gr. flour for all purposes
1 tsp. of sugar
½ tsp. of soda
1 tbsp. of vinegar white
130 ml. water
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
Chop the fennel and the onion and mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Put the olive oil in the pan to heat up and add one by one, spoonful of our mixture. Fry them on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot.
