TART WITH MINCED MEAT AND YAMS

FESTIVE AND RICH TART FOR ALL THE FESTIVE GATHERINGS WITH FRIENDS!

INGREDIENTS

For the dough
- 200 g yogurt
- 350 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 50 ml. olive oil
- 50 g sugar
- ½ teaspoon of salt

For the stuffing
- 300 g minced beef
- 250 g yams
- 250 g Gruyere
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
- 50 g black raisins
- 30 g butter
- 200 ml. mushroom broth
- 20 ml. cognac
- ½ teaspoon of nutmeg
- 3 all spice berries
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 50 ml. cream
- Freshly ground pepper
- Sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

For the dough
Put the eggs, yogurt, olive oil, salt and sugar in the mixer's bowl, and mix for a few minutes. Then add the flour, knead the dough for 2 minutes and place the dough in the refrigerator.

For the stuffing

Grate the sweet potatoes, onion and garlic in the multi or in the grater.
Put butter in a deep frying pan and saute the minced meat. Once it gets a nice golden-brown color, add the vegetables, spices, salt and pepper, pour in the cognac and continue sauteing for 3-4 minutes. Finally, add the mushroom broth and simmer until the liquids are saved.

For the tart
Roll out the dough and put it in a large tart pan, pinch it with a fork and bake the tart for 20 minutes at 180 ° C. Grate the cheese and add half to the minced meat stuffing. Put the stuffing in the tart, add the remaining Gruyere on top and continue baking for another 25 minutes at 180 ° C.

Tips
- If you can't find yams, you can use pumpkin or mushrooms
- Apart from Gruyere, you can use emmental or kasseri cheese
- Except beef you can use minced turkey or chicken
